Getting Started
•  Please call us at (203) 299-1315 between 9 am - 8:30 pm (M-W), 9 am - 7:30 pm (Thu) or 9 am - 5 pm (Fri).
•  Your call will be handled by an intake specialist who will walk you through the intake process.
•  Once your case has been reviewed, you will be contacted to schedule your first appointment with a Center clinician.
•  Please bring personal identification as well as insurance information to the first appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  This allows us to schedule another appointment in your time slot.  We reserve the right to charge you for visits cancelled within the 24 hour notice period. Successful treatment requires a commitment from you and your family.  A significant number of missed appointments may result in a discontinuation of services.

Checking In
Please be sure to always check in at the front desk when you arrive for an appointment. If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card with you

Payment
Fees for our programs and services are established on an ability-to-pay basis.  This is determined during your first appointment with a clinician.  For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card as well as personal checks (with $20 return check fee).

Health Insurance
We accept HUSKY (Medicaid) and several major health insurance plans.  If you are responsible for a co-pay or fee, payment is required when you check-in.  If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or co-pay, please ask to speak with our billing staff.  You should also contact your insurance company directly to discuss coverage of our programs and services.

Waiting Room
When using the waiting room, please be considerate when using your cell phone and when playing music or games.  Children are welcome to read the magazines and books and to play with the toys provided in the waiting room.  A restroom is available to the right of the front desk.

You are responsible for your children while in the waiting room or when attending treatment sessions.  Please do not leave your children unattended in the waiting room unless you have made arrangements with your clinician.
